Refund, Return, and Cancellation Policy
Order Cancellation
๐ Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of payment. Please contact our support team to initiate the cancellation process. After 24 hours, Normal Cancellation requests may not be accepted.
๐ If you cancel your order before your product is shipped, we will refund the amount after deducting a nominal cancellation charge of 5%.
๐ If the cancellation made after product has shipped, it will be eligible for replacement, only in cases where there are defects found with the product.
Return Policy
We accept returns within 7 days of receiving the product. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging.
FOR DAMAGED PACKAGE: We take utmost care in packaging and shipping the product but some items may be damaged during transit due to circumstances beyond our control. If you think, you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the Postman or delivery person.
To Initiate a return, you can contact us at odiaportal.in@gmail.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent back to our office address. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you return address, as well as instructions on how to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Refund Policy
The amount will be credited to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after approval. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take 5-7 working days for your bank or credit card company to process the payment.
